Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We take pride in our premium leather quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or Bank Account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it directly from your dashboard or by contacting us. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Damaged Items

We recommend making an opening video of the parcel. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at +91 78906 68507 with the video proof, and we will arrange a replacement.
